My Item Sold, Now What?

What do I do when my item sells? Can I delete my ad?

If you have a one of a kind item, when it sells you probably don’t want to receive any more calls or inquiries. If so, there are two ways to handle the ad.

1) If you want it to keep it showing on the site with a red “SOLD” tag, you can click “Mark Sold” through your dashboard.

2) If you don’t want to show the ad at all, the other option is to click the “PAUSE” symbol under OPTIONS in your dashboard. This will prevent the ad from showing on the site or in the categories. Either of these options can be toggled back and forth as needed.

The system will email you several days prior to the ad expiration – which is 30 days to allow you to renew it. The system is set to allow unlimited renewals. The system ‘prunes’ the site every 12 hours – which removes ads that are not renewed and have expired.
